Working out in a group has fantastic benefits and we like to make the most of these by offering challenging, effective and accessible sessions for all abilities.
We offer a range of public group fitness classes in central London parks.
In addition, we offer private bespoke group sessions and corporate fitness classes for forward-thinking businesses who take their team's wellbeing to the next level.
Our classes are for all abilities and are bodyweight where we move around the whole of the park ensuring the scenery changes and no workout is the same.
Our outdoor fitness classes are about coming together and getting fit, feeling great and having 'fun'.
Our Outdoors fitness classes in Hyde Park combine three simple ingredients; dedicated members, THE BEST instructors AND central Londons greatest gym, Hyde Park.
Hyde Park is a Grade I-listed major park in Central London. It is the largest of four Royal Parks that form a chain from the entrance of Kensington Palace through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, via Hyde Park Corner and Green Park past the main entrance to Buckingham Palace.

BE FEARSOME FIT.
Be Fearsome Fit is our signature outdoor bootcamp. This class is for all ability levels where we tailor it to suit your fitness level. We can guarantee that you'll feel challenged but within your comfort zone. And never left behind.
Designed by ex-military trainers with literally thousands of classes under their belts, you're in for a genuine bootcamp experience where you will get fit while having fun.
Be Functional is our functional fitness class that involves Kettlebells and Dumbells. You have your own kit for the whole session.
Led by expert trainers with literally thousands of classes under their belts, we use High-Intensity Interval Training with an added spin of High-Intensity Resistance Training (HIIT-HIRT). We guarantee it will HIRT, in a good way!
Fearsome Running is our expert run coach led session where you will learn how to be more efficient, faster and stronger as a runner.
From getting into running to seasoned athletes, this session will help you develop your skills in a safe and controlled environment with likeminded runners.
Be Mobile is a functional movement-based class aimed at people carrying injuries, in rehab and recovery or that require a slower paced yet challenging class. Whether you're recovering from an injury, returning to fitness after pregnancy or that little bit older and still love outdoor exercise but require a slower-paced class based around your abilities; this class is for you.
The wellbeing of our community and the general public is of utmost priority. We have a strict Covid-19 policy in place for our instructors, clients and members. This includes:
Maximum space in the outdoors between participants using cone markers 3m apart.
Hand sanitizer stations for use upon arrival and departure.
A no kit sharing policy.
If any equipment is to be used it is sanitized by our team before and after use.
A risk assessment conducted and evaluated at all times.

Here at Be Fearsome, we offer a truly unique experience, provided by highly experienced and dedicated Bootcamp Instructors, Personal Trainers and Coaches. We keep our class sizes small at rations of 20:1 maximum in order to offer the best quality and instruction.
Our team is dedicated to providing the best Bootcamp and outdoor fitness classes and have done for years. We have literally taken 1000's of classes between us.
We boast a wide range of qualifications and experience, from Level 4 Master Personal Trainer to a BA in Sports Science, from British Triathlon Coach to Boxercise and Taequando instructor.
We offer a free no-obligation trial and once you're a member you can train at any of our parks. We're also a social bunch and regularly head out for social events, fitness events and all types of outings.
