Our Outdoors fitness classes in Battersea Park combine three simple ingredients; dedicated members, THE BEST instructors AND South Londons greatest gym, Battersea Park.
Situated about three kilometres south of Hyde Park Corner, Battersea Park is considered by many to be the most interesting of all the London Parks. An inner-city park with so much variety, hidden secrets, and activities. The Park is registered as grade II* within the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens by English Heritage for its special historic interest.
Our classes are for all abilities and you will be offered three difficulty levels; beginner, intermediate and advanced. The session is cleverly constructed so all participants are worked out to their own maximum ability. We have a strict social distancing policy where you will be three metres from any other participant.
Our outdoor fitness classes are about coming together and getting fit, feeling great and having 'fun'.
All classes are 45 minutes long plus a 5-minute optional stretch. All our classes are for all ability levels and we pride ourselves on inclusivity.
We have a maximum ratio of 20:1 and follow very strict Covid-19 social distancing policy where you will be seperated by cone markers - completely separate to all other participants. We have three main class types:

Please book in advance as spaces are limited.
This class is outside so please come wearing appropriate sports clothing and footwear.
Please bring your own water.
You will be able to keep your belongings within your space - if it is raining then please make sure they are waterproofed.

Maximum space in the outdoors between participants using cone markers 3m apart.
Hand sanitizer stations for use upon arrival and departure.
A no kit sharing policy.
If any equipment is to be used it is sanitized by our team before and after use.
A risk assessment conducted and evaluated at all times.

Be Fearsome Fit is our signature outdoor bootcamp. This class is for all ability levels where we tailor it to suit your fitness level. We can guarantee that you'll feel challenged but within your comfort zone. And never left behind.
Led by ex-military trainers with literally thousands of classes under their belts, you're in for a genuine bootcamp experience where you will get fit while having fun.
Be Functional is our functional fitness class that involves Kettlebells and Dumbells. You have your own kit for the whole session.
Led by expert trainers with literally thousands of classes under their belts, we use High-Intensity Interval Training with an added spin of High-Intensity Resistance Training (HIIT-HIRT). We guarantee it will HIRT, in a good way!
Fearsome Running is our expert run coach led session where you will learn how to be more efficient, faster and stronger as a runner.
From getting into running to seasoned athletes, this session will help you develop your skills in a safe and controlled environment with likeminded runners.
