COMPETITIVE
FITNESS.
A structured, high-intensity class specifically designed to prepare you for the physical demands of a Hyrox race. This static-style session focuses on full-body strength, cardiovascular endurance, and functional movement efficiency—mimicking the 8 key Hyrox race stations with scalable drills and partner-based work.
CLASS DETAILS.
This class is designed around a host of functional training equipment and includes kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, Olympic bar (landmine), power bags, slam balls, battling ropes, bodyweight exercises, partner exercises and running.
The class is suitable for all ability levels. You will be challenged at all times by your instructor and we truly believe in individualisation for our classes so you get the most from it.
In the class, you share equipment at stations that are completed on time so you can work to your own maximum ability at all times. We progress or regress these exercises for each individual in the class. Rest assured, you will be able to take part no matter what your experience or fitness level.
We have a maximum ratio of 20:1.
