Simply go to the app store and search Be Fearsome or click the links below.
 

Log in with your usual email address and password you use for the system.

BOOK A CLASS

Never miss out on your favourite sessions and find out who's taking your class. Keep a track of your attendance or sessions you've been booked in for by your trainer.

Just hit the 'CLUB SCHEDULE' icon and chose your parks schedule to book or 'My Schedule' to see what you're already booked in for.

ACTIVITY TRACKING

Log your sessions, workouts and connect activity recording apps. This includes Fitbit, Apple Health and Google Fit. Track steps, calories burned and understand what you're burning compared with intake when paired with the Nutrition element.

Head to the Be Fearsome portal to connect your fitness device or hit the 'ACTIVITY' icon to log what you've done.

HOME WORKOUTS

Select from an extensive library of home workouts. Usually 30 minutes or less and need no equipment. With 3D demonstration videos and a built-in timer, there's no excuse to miss your exercise sessions!

Just hit the 'WORKOUTS' icon, search 'Home', 'TRX', 'Kettlebells', 'Bands', 'Be Mobile', 'S&C' and get a list of available workouts. There are lots of other rehab, strength and conditioning plus sports specific workouts.

PROGRESS TRACKING

Understand how you're progressing with measurements such as body weight, resting heart rate, number of press-ups, bodyfat %, sprinting times and even meditation!

Just click the 'PROGRESS' icon and customise to suit the important measurements to you. There's literally 100's of options.

NUTRITION TRACKING

Understand what you're consuming by logging foods. You can use the barcode scanner, create custom foods and even meals for quick logging.

Hit the 'NUTRITION' icon and then download the nutrition app when prompted. You can then access the nutrition from the NUTRITION icon each time. The first time you look to do this please just ask your trainer to set up your nutrition plan.
