PART ONE

GROUP WORKSHOP

Part one consists of a monthly fifty-minute group workshop for your team. Here, we explore a range of lifestyle topics for Physical Wellbeing, Mental Wellbeing, Resilience, Growth Mindset. This includes all fitness, nutrition, goal setting and planning.

The workshops are informative and interactive. They call upon real-world examples from your team and your coach.

These workshops bring lifestyle topics out in to the open and not only help the individuals but help build teams.

PART TWO

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Business Meeting

Each of your team schedule a twenty-minute one on one with your lifestyle coach. Here they are able to call on the expertise of the coach to help them with any subject surrounding lifestyle and fitness.

 

For some, it's help with weight loss, posture or lower back pain. For others, it's their first running event, tenth Ironman or goal setting in their personal life. 

Everybody gets something different from their session. There's something for everybody.

PART THREE

ONGOING SUPPORT

Coding

Working on the relationship built during the workshop and one on one, your team now have a lifestyle and fitness coach on call and there to support them for the month ahead. 

We have a range of systems, articles and documents to help with all topics lifestyle and fitness. However, the point of contact and accountability for the goals agreed is invaluable. 

This takes the coaching to the next level, where each of your team gets expert help and support.

With extensive fitness and nutrition qualifications and as a former Royal Marines Commando and IRONMAN athlete, Tom is a highly skilled and experienced coach, ideally placed to help your team.
