Paul is a former Royal Marines Commando and loves everything fitness. Paul spent 3 years running a bootcamp in South London and gained an excellent reputation for quality and consistency. 

 

We asked Paul a few questions;

 

1. What do you love most about being a trainer?

 

Helping people and seeing them evolve is just fantastic. Every session is different and you meet and help a huge variety of people every day.

 

2. How do you keep your clients motivated?

My passion for fitness is infectious and I believe this is what my clients are drawn to. I'd never ask them to do anything I wouldn't - I lead by example.

 

3. Why work with Be Fearsome?

I've worked in personal training bootcamps for years and first worked with Tom when he trained me to be a bootcamp park manager over 6 years ago. Since then I've seen Be Fearsome grow and evolve whilst maintaining the core values I've always conducted my classes by.

4. What fitness qualifications do you have?

 

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor

  • First aid at work
