Rob's sports career started at a young age as an under 20's Team GB athlete in track and field. Since then he's continued to represent GB in Triathlon. With a love for sport and fitness at such a young age, Rob went on to study a BSc in Sport and Exercise Health and an MSc in Nutrition. After years working around fitness in marketing at the same time as competing personally, Rob decided to take action and qualify as a Personal Trainer so he can help more people. Since then he has been helping people of all ages and abilities achieve their goals.

He has a huge passion for being outdoors. Whether is running, riding a bike, swimming, hiking, skiing. You name it if it’s done outside he loves it! He believes in sharing his passion for fitness and the outdoors with everyone and take people on the same journey that he went on. Another passion of his is in sports sponsorship. Ensuring that as much money an investment goes into sport, particularly grassroots sport.

We asked Rob a few questions

1. What do you love most about being a trainer?

I'm passionate about meeting new people and helping them to achieve their goals.

I’m particularly keen on reaching people who don’t necessarily love sport and fitness, as I’m keen to share my passion and educate about the importance of fitness and sport to live better and fuller lives. I love getting the best out of people, and showing people without a passion for fitness that it can be fun.

2. How do you keep your clients motivated?

By finding the right sport /fitness session for clients. Everyone is good at something within fitness and sport, you just need to find it and realise it. I love taking people on that journey, and that’s what keeps people motivated.

3. Why work with Be Fearsome?

I love working with a committed team that share the same ethos and passion as I do for sport and fitness.
