Our Nutrition Building Programme allows you to get a better grasp of your own nutrition. This programme is a five step process about education and nutrition building, around your body, preferences, and lifestyle. All with one keyword at the forefront; balance.
PART 1 - GOAL SETTING
Be it weight loss, building muscle or performance-based nutrition. A goal is the first place to start and work back from.
PART 2 - NUTRITION LOGGING AND ANALYSIS
Here we will look to log your current nutrition intake for 3 consecutive days without any deviation from what you would currently eat. This helps us get an idea of your current preferences, habits and behaviour patterns.
You'll be surprised where your calories and nutrients come - this is where we learn what we're really putting into our bodies.
PART 3 - NUTRITION BODY PREFERENCES TRIAL
Step 3 will be to look at what your body prefers. It helps us understand if you’re better eating a higher carb, higher protein, higher fat or mixed diet.
PART 4 - NUTRITION BASICS
Step 4 will establish some basics for you to put into practice. Some will be simple things to refresh your memory, some will be new and quite eye opening.
PART 5 - BUILDING YOUR NUTRITION PLAN
Here we get into building the plan for you based on the previous steps and your body metrics. This is a full educational process that you'll be able to use for the rest of your life.
