TOM FREARSON
HEAD COACH & FOUNDER
As a former Royal Marines Commando, keen Ironman Triathlete and Mountaineer, Tom loves everything about fitness and lifestyle. More than anything, Tom enjoys sharing his passion with people of all abilities and helping them develop. One of his main specialisations is in Transformation and Wellness coaching for which he is renowned.
TATIANA ROBBINS
PERSONAL TRAINER & FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Tatiana is former Royal Air Force and was a semi-professional snowboarder. She's been working in fitness and bootcamps for more years than we can count and you can rely on her to challenge you to achieve your best.
JAVIER SUAREZ
PERSONAL TRAINER & FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Javier's passion to help and develop others is incredible. He constantly strives to improve his knowledge and skill base so that he can pass this onto his clients. As a 2nd Dan Blackbelt Taequando Instructor and Personal trainer, he practices what he preaches.

Daves background includes the Royal Air Force and HM Prison Service. Dave delivered a no-nonsense class that's effective and fun. We can assure you you'll be motivated and worked hard.
GRAEME BARR
PERSONAL TRAINER & FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
As a former Royal Marines Commando of 24 years and with extensive fitness qualifications and experience, Graeme is a superb trainer with a strong heritage in fitness. He's also our Massage Therapist.

Calum has been heavily involved in sport and exercise from a young age with sports such as martial arts, gymnastics, and was a national swimmer.
ALEX ABDULLAH
PERSONAL TRAINER & FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Alex has been heavily into sports and fitness from the age of 14 with a passion for American Football. He has played the sport for 17 years and has been in Devision One in the UK and in the German Second League. Alex has also served in the British Army for 16 years in Airborne Services.

Sarah is our yoga specialist and has been practising for over fifteen years. Wherever she's lived, fitness, especially yoga, has been an anchor in Sarah's life forever. She loves to share her passion to help and develop others. You won't be disappointed with her holistic fun approach.
JONATHAN BOSELEY
TEAMBUILDING COACH
Jonathan has been building, developing and managing high performing teams for over 25 years. With some seriously impressive results and even a Bafta to show for it. He's also a Captain in the British Army to top it off.

Richards life has revolved around the great outdoors from a very early age. His passion for the mountains shines through to anyone who as the preasure to spend time with him, espeically if in the mountains at the time.

Becca's passion for fitness started at an early age as a GB Gymnast. After completing a degree in Sports Science, her career in fitness has seen her help 100's of clients. Most recently Becca has been competing for GB as a Triathlete.
JAY RUSSELL

As a serving soldier in the British Army fitness and discipline are at the forefront of Jay’s everyday life, Jay loves to share his passion with others and practices what he preaches.
MAX LAWS
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
After completing university, Max decided to join the British Army in 2016 and is currently stationed in London.
When it comes to fitness, he has a strong passion for weightlifting, martial arts, and winter sports. In 2019, Max completed the Army All Arms Physical Instructor Course, which enables him to train service personnel in fitness. He finds this role to be very fulfilling and rewarding.
LIZ MARSLAND
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Liz, coaching from age 13 and playing hockey until 23, embraced a diverse range of sports and outdoor adventures. Her journey led her to South Africa for sports development and later evolved into a CF athlete, PT, and massage therapist with a rehab and muscle activation focus. After working with athletes and touring, she returned to the UK in 2018.
In 2019, Liz became a certified yoga teacher, emphasizing mindfulness for balance. She collaborated with companies and groups, addressing posture, energy management, health, and fitness.
Additionally, she's a certified BGSA survival instructor.
