Javier started in fitness at a young age and after achieving his black belt in Taekwondo he went on to become a II Dan Instructor working with a range of clients including children.

Having served in the Army in his home country in South America, Javier has a firm grasp on what it takes to achieve your personal goals but more so how to help others achieve theirs.

His continued passion for martial arts and fitness has led him to achieve a range of fitness and nutrition qualifications and he has spent the last three years working with clients in London on a group and one to one basis.

Javier really believes in the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle, backed up by science and personal experience, is key to helping his clients achieve their goals. “Dedication leads to success”
