JAY RUSSELL
PERSONAL TRAINER & FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Jay has been serving in the British Army for over 8 years and is currently based in Central London. He has a degree in Philosophy and found his love for fitness in the Army. With a strong background in marathons and Triathlons, Jay now mixes his own fitness up with resistance training and functional fitness.
Jay tells us he was the ‘chubby kid at school’ and his family all have weight issues. Then making a change at 21 and refusing to let it happen to him too, helped to motivate him to change. Jay is challenge, competition and adventure-motivated, wanting to be healthy in the long term, and so all round fitness and health are a priority for him. He now loves to share this passion with others and understands the journey people go on to achieve their own health goals.
