Our Wellness Seminars are designed to help your teams by presenting actionable information around the seminar topic. Throughout the seminar participants will learn new skills with takeaway points to implement right away.
Seminars are usually 30 minutes plus a 15 minutes Q&A with our expert wellness coach. They can be delivered online via Teams and Zoom, or alternatively in your office if you're London based.
