As a former Royal Marines Commando, keen Triathlete and Mountaineer, Tom loves everything about fitness and lifestyle. More than anything, Tom enjoys sharing his passion with people of all abilities and helping them develop.

Dan's made a career in changing peoples lives for the better. His love for fitness started young as a track runner at GB level. As a Personal Trainer, he now takes his lifelong experience in helping others to transform their lives.

Becca's passion for fitness started at an early age as a GB Gymnast. After completing a degree in Sports Science, her career in fitness has seen her help 100's of clients. Most recently Becca has been competing for GB as a Triathlete.

Javier, former Army, holds an extensive range of fitness and nutrition qualifications including a Level 4 in Strength & Conditioning plus II Dan Taekwondo instructor. Javier is our specialist in rehabilitation.
