As a former Royal Marines Commando, keen Triathlete and Mountaineer, Tom loves everything about fitness and lifestyle. More than anything, Tom enjoys sharing his passion with people of all abilities and helping them develop.

TATIANA ROBBINS

PERSONAL TRAINER &

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Tatiana is former Royal Air Force and was a semi-professional snowboarder. She's been working in fitness and bootcamps for more years than we can count and you can rely on her to challenge you to achieve your best.

Specialises in: Weight Loss, Pre/post Natal, & Group Exercise.

JAVIER SUAREZ

Javier's passion to help and develop others is incredible. He constantly strives to improve his knowledge and skill base so that he can pass this onto his clients. As a 2nd Dan Blackbelt Taequando Instructor and Personal trainer, he practices what he preaches.

Specialises in: Rehabilitation, Taequando, Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, Group Exercise, Movement & Core Strength.

STEVE MORGAN

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Steve is our kettlebell king! He loves nothing more than developing and coaching people to achieve greatness. A keen martial artist and fitness advocate, he's the right guy to take you to the next level.

Specialises in: Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, Group Exercise & Movement Screening.

BECCA LEWIS

PERSONAL TRAINER

Becca's passion for fitness started at an early age as a GB Gymnast. After completing a degree in Sports Science, her career in fitness has seen her help 100's of clients. Most recently Becca has been competing for GB as a Triathlete.

Specialises in: Pre/post-natal, Rehabilitation, Weight Loss & Functional Fitness.

DAN FLOYD

PERSONAL TRAINER

Dan's made a career in changing peoples lives for the better. His love for fitness started young as a track runner at GB level. As a Personal Trainer, he now takes his lifelong experience in helping others to transform their lives.

Specialises in: Transformation Coaching, Weight Loss, Functional Fitness & Circuit Training.

ROB SMYTH

PERSONAL TRAINER

Rob's sports career started at a young age as an under 20's Team GB athlete in track and field. Since then he's continued to represent GB in Triathlon. With a degree in sports and time as a personal trainer, Rob really knows his stuff and applies well.

Specialises in: Running, Triathlon, Weight Loss & Functional Fitness.

Paddy really has a way to bring out the best in anyone. His Army career has given him the background and knowledge but his personality is really what makes his classes so special.

Leo, former Royal Marines, really knows how to get the best from you. His voice is iconic and can be recognised anywhere. He delivers superior outdoor fitness sessions with his knowledge, passion and style.

JONATHAN BOSELEY

TEAMBUILDING COACH

Jonathan has been building, developing and managing high performing teams for over 25 years. With some seriously impressive results and even a Bafta to show for it. He's also a Captain in the British Army to top it off.
