COVID-19 POLICY.

We cannot stress enough that the wellbeing of the Be Fearsome community, that includes members, clients and the team, is our main priority at this time. 

Exercise is extremely important for you both physically and mentally. There has never been a more important time to stay fit and healthy. Personal Training has now been authorised by the government and the fitness governing body CIMPSA.Therefore, during any session or activity our community will be following the guidelines on this page.Any equipment is thoroughly sanitized by our team before you touch it. Do not share equipment with anyone and leave it where instructed after the session.Please see our full Covid-19 risk assessment here.Please note: Failure to follow these guidelines will result in removal from any session and membership suspension.Updated 19th May 2020 by Tom Frearson - Head Coach and Founder.


1. ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED
Class numbers are restricted for safety reasons. We will do our utmost to make sure there are enough class spaces for everyone, however, you just book in advance via the app or webpage. 

Please note: There will be no walk-in slots available.


2. DO NOT ATTEND  SESSIONS IF YOU ARE UNWELL
Please do not travel to sessions if you have any of the following symptoms and/or have been in contact with someone who has these symptoms.
High temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature).
New, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual).
Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.Please follow guidelines from the NHS website.


3. BRING YOUR OWN WATER FOR THE CLASS
For hygiene reasons, we will not provide water for the class. You should bring your own and keep it with you.Under no circumstances should you share your water with anyone else.


4. ARRIVE INDIVIDUALLY AND FOLLOW GUIDELINES
Arrive at classes on your own and follow all government travel guidelines. This includes avoiding public transport and wearing a face covering.


5. DO NOT GATHER AT THE START AND END OF CLASSES
We understand the social element of your class is one of the most important aspects. However, it's important you don't gather at the start and end of sessions. We must keep group sizes small and always keep to social distancing guidelines.


6. MAINTAIN A TWO METRE GAP
Please ensure you keep at least two meters from other members, instructors and the public.


7. FIND YOUR CONE
Upon arriving at the class you will see cone parkers on the ground. Please choose a cone and position yourself directly behind it while facing the instructor. This is your work area for the session.Please make a note of the coloured cone at the centre of the space in order to identify your area.Place your belongings next to the cone.Do not leave your space unless instructed and do not enter anyone else's space at any time.


8. PLACE YOUR BELONGINGS NEXT TO YOUR CONE.
There will be no storage for bags or personal belongings in the van. Please place all your belongings next to your cone.Bikes should be locked up securely and not bought to the exercise area.We suggest you bring a plastic bag to keep your belongings dry.


9. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR AREA UNLESS INSTRUCTED
Please remain inside your area behind your cone at all times unless instructed to run to a set point.


10. DO NOT SPIT OR CLEAR YOUR NOSE
Please do not spit or clear your nose onto the ground at any point.If you need to do this, please use a tissue or head 50m way from the training area.


11. DO NOT SHARE EQUIPMENT
Equipment is sanitised before and after your use. As soon as you touch a piece of equipment it is yours until the end of the session.Do not share equipment at any time.


12. LEAVE THE SAME WAY AS YOU ARRIVED
Leave alone and follow government travel advice.
