TATIANA ROBBINS
PERSONAL TRAINER & FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Born in Cape Town, raised in the Rocky Mountains, but a Londoner through and through, Tatiana has served in the Royal Air Force and Honourable Artillery Corps and really lives the outdoor fitness life.

She came from a fantastic sporting heritage with her father being a gymnast, Army PTI and adventurer and mom being a surfer and a snowboarder. Tatiana thrived in an active family and was always encouraged to partake in sport. Influenced by her older brother growing up she found herself enjoying more 'non-traditional sports' such as BMX and snowboarding, loving the freedom of the outdoors. However, when Tatiana decided to join the armed forces it became swiftly apparent that she needed to train in a more focused way.

We asked Tatiana a few questions;
1. What do you love most about being a trainer?
Being a part of my client’s journey to success is what I love most. Being able to tap into their potential and see the incredible physical and mental transformation that occurs really makes this the most rewarding job ever. Getting to work with such a diverse group of people keeps me challenged too.

2. How do you keep your clients motivated?

Motivation comes in many guises and no two clients motivational drivers are alike. By keeping sessions varied, challenging and goal-focused ensures we can maximise output. I try to keep clients focused on those small steps that eventually lead to big leaps. Also, a good dose of bad banter goes a long way!

3. Why work with Be Fearsome?

Having worked with Tom in the past and knowing what a dedicated and focused fitness professional he is, it is a dream to be working with him again and the Be Fearsome team.
