MEET YOUR COACH -
Tom founded Be Fearsome in 2016 after working in the fitness industry for over 5 years with one main goal; to get more people, more active, more often whilst making a positive impact on the local community.
Previously, Tom was in the Royal Marines Commandos and served on an operational tour of Afghanistan in 2010. Here, he found his passion for fitness and learned the 'Fearsome' mindset - the foundation of Be Fearsome.
As a Health and Wellness Coach, Tom has a wealth of knowledge, qualifications and experience in all things Fitness, Nutrition, Lifestyle and Mindset. He has helped thousands of people with their wellness journey.
Tom regularly takes part in triathlon races and has completed multiple Ironman events including Ironman Mallorca and Ironman Barcelona. Outside of triathlon, he's a keen climber, mountaineer, and kayaker.

I'm completely new. Can I do this?
Absolutely! This programme is designed for everyone from complete beginners to advanced. We tailor the information and your weekly challenges to each level.
What do I need?
You will need access to a computer or phone with internet and some willpower. We do the rest!
I have specific dietary requirements as I'm a vegan. Can I take part?
Definitely! We have a wide range of recipes and resources for all dietary requirements.
How many times a week do I have to exercise?
This really depends on a few factors like; how often do you exercise now? What are your goals? How much time do you have for exercise? We will help you find the best solution for you and your circumstances.
Who is this for?
This programme is for people who are either starting out on their journey or building on pervious knowledge and experience but are ready for the next step. This is in all of the four pillars. So, you might be advanced in fitness, but, ready to take things to the next stage in nutrition. Or visa-versa.
Why six weeks?
We designed this programme at six weeks as we believe this is the right amount of time to learn new skills, gain knowledge and put things into practice. It's not too short, but you can see the end. Realistically the six weeks is just the start of your journey. However, by the end of this programme we will have given you all the tools you need and helped you to set new habits that will last a lifetime.
What happens at the end of the six weeks?
At the end of this programme you will have a wide range of resources, tools and knowledge. You will be able to use these for the rest of your life! If you did want to continue your journey with Be Fearsome and your coach, there will be options available. However, we firmly believe that after six weeks you'll be very well equipped.
Will you be telling me what I can and can't eat?
Absolutely not. We will teach you the facts around nutrition and give you the resources to make good food choices. It's about empowering you to make those choices as you don't want someone telling you what to eat for the rest of your life. Do you?
Can I continue coaching after the six weeks?
After the programme there will be options to continue with coaching. However, this would be on a 1on1 basis. Your coach will be able to discuss this with you during the programme.
You talk about habit change. How many habits am I likely to change?
Truthfully, we will be happy if you take just one habit away and continue it. That's honestly enough to transform your life long-term. We will introduce a new habit each week. However, they build on each other and actually are all part of the same process for you to change the way you think about wellness. Generally the habits are very small changes that all blend together.
Am I going to just fall off the wagon when the programme ends?
We certainly hope not. But to stop that we don't have fad diets with super quick weight loss. We don't set unrealistic targets or promise unachievable results. We systematically give you knowledge and tools to help make you your own expert in the most important person, you!
