Be Mobile is a functional movement-based class aimed at people carrying injuries, in rehab and recovery or that require a slower paced yet challenging class. Whether you're recovering from an injury, returning to fitness after pregnancy or that little bit older and still love outdoor exercise but require a slower-paced class based around your abilities; this class is for you.

Our expert trainers take you through functional movement patterns and move you around the park while walking. It's a fantastic class for all ability levels where you will be challenged within your own limits. 

We offer a no running or jumping guarantee. The class is also very social and we regularly go for coffee afterwards. It's a great place to meet likeminded people who love the outdoors.

We firmly believe in the Be Mobile ethos of 'First move well, then move often' taken from Movement Principles by Gary Cook. Every class is different and you will feel the individual touch within a group environment.

Our Be Mobile class is aimed at community fitness and is designed to be suitable for all ability levels. We have people coming back from serious injury, from hip replacements and people training well past their 70's!

The class is suitable for; recovery, rehabilitation, returning from pregnancy, core strengthening or as a supplement to any training regime where you need to mobilise and develop correct movement patterns.


We have a maximum ratio of 20:1 and follow very strict Covid-19 social distancing policy where you will be seperated by cone boxes - completely separate to all other participants. 

Points to note


  1. Please book in advance as spaces are limited.

  2. This class is outside so please come wearing appropriate sports clothing and footwear.

  3. Please bring your own water.

  4. You will be able to keep your belongings within your spcae - if it is raining then please make sure they are waterproofed.

  5. Please read and adhere to our strict social distancing policy here.



The wellbeing of our community and the general public is of utmost priority. We have a strict Covid-19 policy in place for our instructors, clients and members. This includes:

  1. Maximum space in the outdoors between participants using cone markers 3m apart.

  2. Hand sanitizer stations for use upon arrival and departure.

  3. A no kit sharing policy.

  4. If any equipment is to be used it is sanitized by our team before and after use.

  5. A risk assessment conducted and evaluated at all times.

We boast a wide range of qualifications and experience, from Level 4 Master Personal Trainer to a BA in Sports Science, from British Triathlon Coach to Boxercise and Taequando instructor.
