It starts with a six-week challenge where we deliver our wellness coaching based around habit change whilst generating interaction between employees' on our bespoke app.
The programme includes weekly webinars by our wellness coaches, weekly fitness classes, small daily tasks and the perfect platform to share the experience with the rest of the company.
We deliver bite-sized information around the wellness topics in a way that everyone can be involved in. The tasks are tailored to promote interaction and a team effort.
