Sarah comes from academic, nomadic and creative backgrounds and has lived and worked in five countries on three continents. She speaks French and Portuguese. Her professional career has been in men's fashion, working for top magazines and with A list clients.

One constant in Sarah's life, regardless of location, has been fitness. She uses this for physical wellbeing, stress relief and relaxation. Most recently she enjoys passing her passion to others through Yoga instruction. Sarah has always enjoyed a varied fitness regime to include HIIT, running, netball and strength training. However, yoga has always been at the forefront of her passion. With sixteen years of experience, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and we are privileged to have her on our team.

1. What do you love most about being a trainer?

Being able to share knowledge from one area of fitness to show how it can benefit people in other areas of their training.

2. How do you keep your clients motivated?

By bringing thoughtful consideration of student’s varied and specific needs – especially so for online teaching.

By adapting and scaling both the class and postures to individuals’ needs so as not to discourage anyone from practising.

By explaining posture benefits for the body.

By managing the right energy for the style of class.

  • Yoga Teacher Training 200hrs – with All Yoga Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practitioner – 16 years
